Job description:

Daily work relates to carrying out various types of production tasks using various production tools.  These tasks are focused on processing of the wafer samples being used for testing technological procedures and on processing of the wafers within subsequent serial production.

The Engineer will work with measurement tools within measurement cluster at the beginning.

After gaining practice on the abovementioned tools, the engineer will extend his responsibility with the next production tools.

In addition, as a member of Production team you will take an active role in the following:

• Take responsibility for the assigned production tools and their operation for processing 4” and 6” semiconductor wafers.
• Continuously improve knowledge in the field of semiconductor production processes.
• Prepare reports for superiors on a weekly basis.
• Ensure that production tools and their operation comply with safety regulations.
• Identify and familiarize yourself with auxiliary equipment required to assigned production tools.
• Maintain tools to ensure reproducible operation and high availability.
• Monitor and analyze quality of production steps.
• Support ongoing production and product development.
• Support cleanroom operation by accepting responsibility for specific spaces and/or equipment and/or supplies.
• Cooperate with management and peers on production process optimization.

Requirements:

• High school or university education in the technical field, ideally electronics, physics, material sciences, semiconductors or similar.
• The position is suitable for fresh graduates.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment, candidates cannot suffer from claustrophobia (since majority of time will be spent in cleanroom spaces).
• Experience with work in a clean room environment is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of vacuum technology, electrical engineering, and solid-state physics.
• Willing to learn new things.
• Pay attention to the details.
• English language level sufficient to work with technical literature and for technical communication with colleagues.
• Teamwork, good communication skills, sense of responsibility, accuracy, politeness.
