Daily work relates to carrying out various types of production tasks using various production tools. These tasks are focused on processing of the wafer samples being used for testing technological procedures and on processing of the wafers within subsequent serial production. The Engineer will work with production tools within plasma cluster at the beginning.
After gaining practice on the abovementioned tools, the engineer will extend his responsibility with the next production tools.
Take responsibility for the assigned production tools and their operation for processing 4” and 6” semiconductor wafers.
Continuously improve knowledge in the field of semiconductor production processes.
Ensure that production tools and their operation comply with safety regulations.
Identify and familiarize yourself with auxiliary equipment required to assigned production tools.
Maintain tools to ensure reproducible production and their high availability.
Monitor and analyze quality of production steps. Support ongoing production and product development.
Support cleanroom operation by accepting responsibility for specific spaces and/or equipment and/or supplies.
Cooperate with management and peers on production process optimization.

Denní práce se týká provádění různých typů výrobních úkolů s využitím různých výrobních strojů. Tyto úkoly jsou zaměřeny na zpracování vzorků waferů používaných pro testování technologických postupů a na zpracování waferů v rámci následné sériové výroby. Inženýr bude zpočátku pracovat s výrobními stroji v rámci plazmového klastru.
Po získání praxe na výše uvedených strojích rozšíří inženýr svou odpovědnost o další výrobní stroje.
Převezít odpovědnost za přidělené výrobní stroje a jejich provoz při zpracování 4" a 6" polovodičových waferů.
Neustále si prohlubovat znalosti v oblasti procesů výroby polovodičů.
Zajišťovat aby výrobní stroje a jejich provoz byly v souladu s bezpečnostními předpisy.
Seznámit se s pomocným zařízeními potřebnými pro přidělené výrobní stroje.
Udržovat stroje aby byla zajištěna reprodukovatelná výroba a jeich provozuschopnost.
Sledovat a analyzovat kvalitu výrobních kroků, a tím podporovat hladký průběh výroby.
Podporovat provoz čistých prostor převzetím odpovědnosti za konkrétní prostory, zařízení, zásoby.
Spolupracovat s vedením a kolegy na optimalizaci výrobního procesu.
