Astrum LT offers contract epi processing services, including comprehensive front-end and back-end capabilities for laser diode manufacturing. Front-end services encompass epitaxial growth using MOCVD (AlInGaAsP), advanced characterization methods, and lithography with contact aligners, along with etching, metallization, dielectric deposition, and thinning techniques. The back-end services include optical facet coating, laser bar processing, and electro-optical testing, providing an efficient, off-the-shelf solution for high-performance laser diode production.
