The 500W 1060nm fiber-coupled laser diode module (pulsed) is designed for high-performance applications, offering excellent coupling efficiency, superior beam brightness, and reliable operation. Its compact, lightweight construction allows for easy integration into various laser systems, while efficient thermal management reduces heat buildup, ensuring long-term stability. The hermetically sealed housing protects against environmental factors, ensuring durability and consistent performance. Optimized for 400µm fiber, this fiber-coupled laser diode is ideal for industrial, medical, and scientific applications that require high power and precision. Operating at 1060±5 nm with a spectral width of 6 nm and a threshold current of 5 A, the module delivers 93 A pulsed current at 12V, with a pulse length of up to 25 ms and a duty cycle of 25%. Suitable for 400µm and 600µm fiber cores, it features a 0.22 numerical aperture (NA) and includes an HP SMA fiber connector for reliable industrial and medical use.
